Ohio Regional Music Arts and Cultural Outreach (ORMACO) and the Wadsworth Public Library continue Live at the Library with violinist Amy Glick on Sunday, November 9, 2025, at 2 pm at the Wadsworth Public Library, 132 Broad Street, Wadsworth, OH 44281.
Titled Jigs, Gigs, Gigues, and Giggles – Violin Fun with Dance Music, this program brings solo violin music to life in a lighthearted and informative concert performed by Amy Glick, violinist with the Akron Symphony Orchestra and violin professor at Kent State University.

About the Musician
Amy Glick, violinist, performs actively as an orchestral player, chamber musician and soloist in Northeast Ohio. A core member of Akron (OH) Symphony since 2000, she is also a charter member of the Shenandoah Valley Bach Festival Orchestra, where she performs as concertmaster. She has appeared as soloist with the Akron Symphony, Akron Baroque, the Shenandoah Valley Bach Festival Orchestra, Tuscarawas Philharmonic, Wooster Symphony and the Akron Lyric Opera Chamber Orchestra. She has also appeared in chamber recitals all over the country, most recently with the innovative Akron-based concert series Urban Troubadour and the violin/soprano/piano ensemble Trio Levain.
A devoted teacher, Ms. Glick has served on the faculties of the Lucy Moses School for Music and Dance (NY, NY), the David Hochstein Memorial Music School (Rochester, NY), the Brevard Music Center (Brevard, NC), and currently Kent State University and Malone University. She currently lives in North Canton, OH, with her husband and four children.
