Westcott House Bus Trip
February 4, 2024 7:30 am – 6:00 pm
Hop on the bus on Sunday, February 4, 2024, to visit Westcott House in Springfield, Ohio. A precursor to Fallingwater, this house was designed in 1908 by renowned American architect Frank Lloyd Wright. Board the bus at Buehler’s River Styx in Medina for a 7:30 am departure. Start the trip with muffins and mimosas, then relax and enjoy the ride. Upon arrival, experience a guided tour of the house/museum and the grounds.
Following the tour, we’ll head to lunch at Schmidt’s Restaurant and Banquet House in German Village in Columbus. Enjoy a buffet of fresh pork bratwurst, baked chicken, green beans, potato salad, sauerkraut with pork, tossed salad and rolls. For our return journey we’ll sip wine, nibble on cheese and indulge in chocolates and homemade cookies. Arrive at Buehler’s River Styx around 6:00 pm.
