Carnegie Museum of Natural History and Pittsburgh's Strip District Party Bus

Party Bus to Pittsburgh, PA

Join ORMACO for another memorable Party Bus. Today we head to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to enjoy The Carnegie Museum of Natural History and then off to the vibrant Strip District to explore on your own in the afternoon.

Enjoy muffins and mimosas as we head to one of the best natural history museums in our nation. We have a 1 hour guided tour which will include the special exhibit, Empowering Women: Artisan Cooperatives that Transform Communities. Enjoy an additional 1 hour at your leisure in this fantastic museum.

We will then head to the Strip District. a mile-long stretch of land located directly northeast of downtown Pittsburgh. Dripping with character, the Strip District is a place like no other. One visit and you can sense the energy and vitality.

Today, the heart of this neighborhood beats strong with thriving businesses where you can find all kind of wares—from fresh produce, meat, poultry, fish and spices to housewares and sports paraphernalia. And the prices can't be beat!

The Strip is arguably one of Pittsburgh's most fascinating places to visit. Restaurants abound. Shops sell everything from bread and coffee beans to prosciutto and popcorn. Sidewalk vendors that sell their wares from around-the-world have their place alongside one-of-a-kind boutiques. Cookware and demonstrations by local chefs are available as well as cooking classes.

Enjoy time on your own before we board the bus at 3:30pm for our return journey. We will enjoy tasty treats, including chocolates, cookies and cheese on the bus trip home. We will return to Medina around 6pm, with a drop-off at Hoban High School in Akron around 5:30pm.

Total cost:  $65 per person, which includes a $10 tax deductible donation to ORMACO to help with our outreach programs.

The bus will depart from Buehler's River Styx at 8am and return around 6pm. We will have a pick up at Hoban High School, One Holy Cross Boulevard, Akron, Ohio 44306 around 8:30am.

Seating is limited to 54 people.
